With all of our R&D specialists having professional backgrounds and experience in associated areas, our engineers and their assistants are all holders of Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degrees. These staff have been attracted from leading domestic colleges and universities, and are engaged in developing and testing product formulations.

Meanwhile, we have built up excellent relationships with numerous experts and professors of chemistry, organizing pioneer technical research work with them. At the same time, we are also cooperating with several other R&D institutes and associated suppliers of raw materials.

Supported by the above-mentioned personnel, through multi-level and multi-subject teamwork we are leading industrial trends for applied chemical products. Always searching for innovative and breakthrough new series, we are continually working to develop items with hi-tech specifications.

Striving to meet the target of "Taking detergents and daily consumer products as our chief commodities, developing other functional series", our output rate for new products reached 25% in 2001. Moreover, in recent years, our products have passed all quality tests conducted by municipal, provincial and national government agencies.
