QA/QC Introduction

Since the establishment of our group company, we have regarded the development of our trademark and brands as our main objectives. Meanwhile, making great efforts to enhance quality standards, we have been able to increase our sales volumes year on year. Having realized the implementation of a 'total quality system', and due to our staff's enthusiasm and creativity, the idea of growing a reputable brand stands at the forefront of all personnel's minds.

Having introduced ISO9001-compliant practices into all areas of our operations in 2002, our procurement, production and packing processes fully meet 153 different standards. Moreover, we have also constituted a 3-level inspection network, comprised of the Production Procedure Inspection Center, Central Laboratory and Testing Department. Moreover, in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction, a 3-stage factory-company-market system governs our testing procedures.

Our factory now employs over 50 quality testing staff, including engineers with more than 10 years' of applied chemical laboratory experience. Having purchased advanced testing equipment from suppliers at home and abroad, our facilities are fitted with digital scales, fast-speed moisture testers, cleansing power testers, gas chromatography instruments and quality micro-laboratories. These apparatus are used to conduct routine physical and chemical analysis, from introduction of raw materials through to finished products. All relevant personnel keep labels and notes from these processes, which are archived for later reference.

Furthermore, all products commissioned by related factories and companies are subject to our own quality control standards, thereby ensuring that unqualified products will not be delivered to clients.
